Registered Nurse New

Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to support our client’s medical facility based in Saginaw, MI. This travel opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Primary Role: Direct patient care, demonstrating competent clinical practice.
• Triage and Assessment:
• Triage patients, obtain patient history, and assess vital signs.
• Independent Action in Emergencies:
• Acts independently to initiate immediate care in life-threatening situations when a physician is not available.
• Patient Care:
• Provides care for both acutely ill and non-acute patients.
• Procedure Assistance:
• Performs various procedures using both complex and simple nursing skills.
• Assists physicians with procedures.
• Patient and Family Support:
• Provides physical and psychological comfort to patients, families, and visitors.
• Discharge and Follow-up:
• Offers discharge instructions and follow-up care to patients and families.
• Pre-Hospital Care:
• Answers ambulance radios and provides appropriate orders for pre-hospital care without assistance.
• Technology and Equipment:
• Works with various types of sophisticated equipment.
• Stressful Environment:
• Handles different patient types in a frequently stressful environment.

Qualifications:

• ACLS (AHA) – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (American Heart Association)
• BLS (AHA) – Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
• State License Requirements – Michigan

Schedule: 3x12– Days – 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Pay Range: $55 / hour - $57/ hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
